25K Barrel Aged Gin distilled with an intense amber color, clear, fresh on the nose, with floral and citrus notes, sweet tones.
Soft and round taste, the alcohol content is slightly dampened compared to 25K Mediterranean Gin; present notes by
caramel and a hint of vanilla, decisive bitterness underlying the hops and lemon zest, but in which you can feel the licorice and a slight hint of vanilla. Spices are evident on the nose, especially pepper, and aromatic herbs such as rosemary, but the original scent of anise sets it apart, well paired with fennel seeds.
Persistent taste, which does not fall and allows you to think of it as a meditation gin.
