25K Barrel Aged Gin distilled with an intense amber color, clear, on the nose it is fresh, with floral and citrus notes, sweet tones.
Soft and round taste, the alcohol content appears slightly dampened compared to 25K Mediterranean Gin; present notes of
caramel and a hint of vanilla, decided the bitterness that underlies the hops and lemon zest, but in which you can feel the licorice and a slight shade of vanilla. At the back olfactory evident spices, especially pepper, and aromatic herbs such as rosemary, but the original scent of anise distinguishes it, well combined with fennel seeds.
Persistent taste, which does not fall and allows you to think of it as a meditation gin.
