25K mediterranean gin Distilled with an intense amber color, limpid, it has immediate notes of anise and fennel; citrus and balsamic notes are also perceived, with sweet hints.

Immediate confirmation on the palate: the product is sharp, with a hint of acid with a vague bittersweet taste, spicy notes on the lips, slightly astringent. The skiful mixing of the ingredients is enhanced: the bitter, well-dosed lemon peel prevails, with hoppy and juniper tones, but the aromatic and balsamic herbs stand out.
An aroma of freshness can be perceived, when the licorice and spices are enhanced.
Persistent taste, with good alcohol balance.
Elegant and rich, unlike your average Gin , but mature and complete, with a perfect bitter hint that places it in a
range of interest between Gin and bitters.
