25K Barrel Aged Gin Distilled with an intense amber color, limpid, fresh perfume, with floral and citrus notes, sweet tones.
Soft and round taste, the alcohol content appears slightly muffled compared to t 25k Mediterranean Gin; with notes of
caramel and a hint of vanilla, there is a bitterness that underlies the hops and lemon zest, but which does not leave
undetected a light hint of vanilla and licorice.
A background aroma of spices, especially pepper, and aromatic herbs such as rosemary are evident, but the original
hint of anise distinguishes it, well combined with fennel seeds.
Persistent taste, which lasts and allows you to think of it as a meditation drink.
